7:30: Depart for Chet Say, known as the land of coconuts. The locals here turn coconuts into various products like fibers, coconut milk, oil, and activated charcoal. Visit a traditional brick kiln to see the brick-making process. Glide along the Mekong River on a sampan, enjoying the peaceful scenery with fishing boats and cargo vessels.

Travel on a Xe Lam or bike along village paths, visit a local garden for honey tea and tropical fruits. Stop at a workshop to learn about making pop rice, coconut candy, and rice wine, and taste the products. Take a rowing boat through a small creek lined with water coconut palms, walk through fruit orchards.

Enjoy lunch at a local family’s home.

Finally, return on the sampan to end the tour.
