SUMMARY

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, where we’ll greet you at the exit gate and transport you to your hotel in the charming Old Quarter. Once settled, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the vibrant surroundings at your leisure.

If you have time, consider joining our delightful street food tour in the afternoon for just $25 per person, where you can savor the flavors of local cuisine.

Overnight in  Ha Noi

08:30 – 09:15 – Our bus and tour guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new highway to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop for a rest on the way.

12:00 – Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing

Wego Halong Cruise will take you on an 5 to 6 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.

13:45 – Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, then go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.

Visit Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16:30 – Return to Cruises and cruise back toward Tuan Chau harbor.

17:40-18:00 – Disembark for going back on the new highway to Hanoi.

20:30 – Drop off at your hotel.

 Overnight in Ha Noi

06.30: Our guide will pick you up at the hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter departure to Sapa. The distance from Hanoi to Sapa is 345 km by expressway, so you only need about 5.5 hours to get to Sapa.

13.00: Arrive in Sapa town and meet the local guide at the bus station get to the hotel

13.30: Have lunch at the local restaurant then you will leave your big luggage in the hotel and prepare a light pack for your trek

14.30: A short drive to the gate of Cat Cat Village which is home to Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak.

15.30: And then walk down the village to see a beautiful waterfall and power plant built by the French during colonial time in 1925. From here you will have 40 minutes to enjoy the performance shown by boys and girls from the village. Trekking distance is about 2.5 km and it lasts for 2 hours17.00: Come back to Sapa Town

19.00: Have dinner at the hotel and free time visit Sapa town

Overnight in Sapa

7.00 – 8.00: Have breakfast at the hotel, check out the room, and prepare a light pack for trekking. (Big luggage keep in hotel store)

*12 km of trekking to visit 3 Villages with 2 different kinds of minorities.

9.00: Trek 12km down to Muong Hoa Valley. (It is the most beautiful Valley in Sapa where the Local Hill Tribes live and work on the Rice Field Terraces)

10.00: Trek downhill through Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai Villages on a small trail for 3,5  hours to a sleep mountainside where the terraced rice paddies of an ethnic minority group

11.00: You will learn about the unique customs of black H’mong people.

12.30: Having lunch at a local restaurant along with the Lao Chai village

13.30: After lunch, we will continue trekking along the bottom of the valley to get to Ta Van village of the Dzay people to experience their way of life while staying in a local family’s cottage

14.30: Bus will transfer you to the hotel and prepare luggage back to Hanoi

15.30: The guide transfer you to the bus station back to Hanoi

21.30: Arrive in Hanoi. Check into a hotel in Hanoi.

Overnight in Hanoi hotel.

Have breakfast at your hotel in Ha Noi  ,Utilize the remaining time to go shopping if there is still time available.

When it’s time for your departure, our team will  arrange a transfer for you from the hotel to Noi Bai International Airport. You’ll be transported in a comfortable vehicle to ensure a smooth and convenient journey. Once you arrive at the airport,you can proceed with your check-in and board your flight to your next destination. Say goodbye Vietnam.

• Children under 4 years old (or under 1m high): Free of charge based on 2 adults 1 kid sharing bed/ berth/ bus with adults.
• Children from 5 – 8 years old: charge 75% of adult price, sharing bed with adults.
• Children from 9 years old up: charge as adults price

Guides : For each place, we will have a local guide allocated according to the itinerary, unless a fully escorted tour is requested

Hotel & Check in: Check in time at all hotels is 2.00pm and check out is 12.00pm. Early check in and late check out is available upon request and for an additional fee

Food & Allergy: To create a wonderful holiday experience for your family, please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions

Things to bring: Portable charger and adapter : Insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen,hand Sanitizer and wet wipes and copies of your passport and travel documents (in case the originals are lost)….

Booking and Payment Terms:

• 30% deposit required for the tour package, 100% deposit required for flights, due 1 month before trip start date.
• Remaining balance can be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card.
